Labour roseAnne Snelgrove MP for South Swindon

 Anne at the house

I consider it to be an enormous privilege to have been elected in 2005 as one of the two MPs for this wonderful town.

Swindon is a green town - lots of well kept parks - sadly being ruined by the piles of black bin bags collecting on street corners due to the council's two week rubbish collections!  As your MP, one of the most rewarding parts of my job is listening to your concerns and issues - I receive many thousands of emails and letters every year. I hold regular advice sessions, or you can contact me by e-mailing annesnelgrovemp@parliament.uk.

I recently launched an online surgery on my website www.annesnelgrove.co.uk which has become the first point of contact for many residents. You can also write to either of the addresses listed below:

I encourage you to come to Parliament and see your democracy in action. In the last two years people from every part of Swindon have been to Westminster to take the official tour and hold me to account, by asking me questions about their concerns.

Tel: 01793 615444 Fax: 01793 644752

Contact my office using the details above and if there is a tour guide free I will organise a special tour for you and your friend or family - and I will try my best to make time to meet you at the end of your visit. I am sorry that I cannot help with travel arrangements to and from the House of Commons. I look forward to hearing from you and perhaps seeing you soon in Swindon or in Parliament.

Labour rose Michael Wills MP for North Swindon

Michael Wills 1

I have been a Member of Parliament since 1997

The job of a Member of Parliament has many different aspects. An MP should be able to ensure their constituency gets funding from Government, act effectively for constituents, and represent their constituency effectively at Westminster on local, national and international issues. So, for example, my work at Westminster has, among other things, helped secure funding for GWH and the Blunsdon Bypass and North Swindon’s new schools, find the extra funding needed to rebuild the Highworth Rec, helped secure a new convenience store for St Andrew’s Ridge, helped over 12,000 constituents with personal problems and concerns about national policies.

You can also learn more about my work for North Swindon on my website, www.michaeldwills.co.uk. I have also posted some youtube videos about my work in Swindon and Westminster on the site and I hope you find them of interest.

I hope you will contact me if you feel I can help you with anything or if you think there is more I should be doing for Swindon. I can be contacted via email: michaelwillsmp@parliament.uk, or you can write to me at: Michael Wills MP, House of Commons, London, SW1A 0AA or phone me on 01793 481 016 or 0207 219 4399.
